Zpeedometer ("we," "us," "the site") operates zpeedometer.com, a free browser-based GPS speedometer. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. Safety : Read This One
Do not operate the speedometer while driving, riding or otherwise controlling a vehicle. Set it up before you move, mount your device securely, or have a passenger handle it. Interacting with a phone while driving is dangerous and illegal in most places.
Zpeedometer is a reference tool. It is not a substitute for your vehicle's own instruments, for your attention to the road, or for posted speed limits. You remain solely responsible for operating your vehicle lawfully and safely.
3. Accuracy and Fitness for Purpose
The site reads speed from your device's GPS hardware through the browser's Web Geolocation API. Accuracy depends on factors outside our control : satellite visibility, atmospheric conditions, tunnels and buildings, your device's GPS chipset and browser implementation.
Readings may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Zpeedometer is provided for general, informational and recreational use only. It must not be relied on where accuracy carries legal, financial, competitive or safety consequences : including disputing a speeding citation, calibrating a vehicle speedometer, navigation, aviation, marine navigation or official race timing.
4. No Warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zpeedometer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the site.

- Reverse engineer or decompile the site beyond what your browser does normally

8. Privacy and Location Data
The speedometer requires your explicit browser permission to read GPS data. That data is processed entirely within your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You may revoke the permission at any time in your browser settings.
